Gursha loosely translates from Amharic as “the act of feeding one another” and represents warm hospitality, as is Beejhy Barhany’s trademark. The chef and owner of the celebrated Harlem restaurant Tsion Café, Barhany will share timeless recipes, traditions and stories of her family’s journey from Ethiopia to Sudan to Israel to Harlem.
