Born in Australia, Rachel Simons is the co-founder of Seed + Mill, the first shop dedicated to sesame products in the U.S. In her gorgeous book, Sesame: Global Recipes + Stories of an Ancient Seed, she traces the history and diversity of these tiny seeds and shares traditional and modern recipes and stories.
