As part of DOROT’s Lasting Impressions programming, this weekly writing group will encourage participants to explore different ways of telling their stories in any given genre. Each week, we’ll read and discuss a poem or short story then respond to a writing prompt related to that piece. By emphasizing spontaneity and writing intuitively, this workshop will empower authors to find new ways to express themselves. It will also leave its attendees with tools to spark creativity in their writing practice. Facilitated by the poet and meditation teacher, Grace Bialecki.
This series begins on Tuesday, December 9 and continues weekly through January 27.
