This fitness class brings a holistic approach to fitness, and utilizes rhythm and musicality to enhance agility, coordination and endurance with a flowing energy. This class is taught by experienced instructors from New York Road Runners Striders program which believes fitness has no age limits! No experience necessary, all levels welcome. Please wear appropriate clothes and shoes for exercise and bring a water bottle.
Registration opens at 9:00 AM EST on the Sunday before the program. This series is ongoing and meets weekly.
