Join Teri Meissner, JSJ Practitioner and JSJ Self-Care Instructor, to learn and experience Jin Shin Jyutsu exercises that can help to reduce stress and anxiety, boost circulation and calm the nervous system. Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle, non-invasive, holistic practice that helps to balance, harmonize and relax the mind and body.

This series begins on Thursday, September 4 and continues weekly through October 9. We will not meet on October 2.
