3 Mondays: April 13, 20 and 27, 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM EST.
Using the traditional Jewish folktale of the Feather Merchant, this three-session workshop will build an ensemble storytelling performance about the power of words. Personal story, folktale and headlines of the moment will be interwoven to create the script. Theater games and improvisation will add sound and movement to the staging to offer our take on the moral, “Words, like feathers, having been released to the wind. cannot be taken back.”
