Learn practices to reduce stress and increase a sense of wellbeing!

In this workshop participants will explore the causes and effects of stress. Each session will introduce various stress reduction techniques, including gentle movements that can be performed while fully seated. Given the uniquely stressful times we live in, learning how to minimize and manage stress has a lasting impact on our daily lives. No prior experience is necessary.

Tuesdays, July 29th, August 5th, August 12th from 4:30pm-5:30pm EST

About the Facilitator: Melissa Elstein is a certified yoga, qigong, and ballet teacher, as well as Reiki practitioner. She has been teaching yoga, dance, and Tai Chi Easy(tm) for over 20 years, including Chair Yoga classes for RSS and DOROT.
