Maintaining social connection while isolated at home during COVID-19 isn’t as difficult as it sounds. DOROT Onsite @Home brings the same vibrant, interactive, and life-enhancing programs that you’ve enjoyed on-site at DOROT - right to your home via Zoom videoconferencing or telephone.

DOROT Onsite @Home classes are designed for adults 60+ to encourage health and wellness, create social connection among peers and provide opportunities for dynamic learning and enrichment. Multiple one-hour classes are offered daily and participation is free. Join us for one or more.

Postural Alignment to Better Health: A Conversation and Workshop

What is optimal posture? How is it developed and subsequently lost? What can you do to regain your natural alignment to feel and function as optimally as possible? In this first of three workshops at DOROT, we'll explore a model of posture that will provide a template for optimal function, talk about how posture should look, and how it should feel….Yes, it’s a distinct feeling!
