Here is sample language you can use for including DOROT in your will or trust.

“I give, devise, and bequeath to DOROT, Inc. federal tax identification number 13-3264005, at 171 West 85th Street, New York, NY 10024 the sum of $_____ (or ____%) of my estate (or describe the real or personal property or portion of the estate) to be used for its general purposes.”
