DOROT in Queens

DOROT is excited to bring our dynamic programming to Queens’ 6th Congressional District to promote social connections across the generations. Participating in our programs is simple and there are no program fees. Please join us!

We are grateful to Congresswoman Grace Meng for her work in securing a federal grant to support this initiative.

Our programs are designed to foster mutually beneficial social connections among people age 60+ and volunteers of all ages. Since our founding nearly 50 years ago, we’ve been creating a vital social community through group and one-on-one programs that create intergenerational bonds, engage older adults in impactful activities, and offer meaningful opportunities for volunteers.
