Summer & Academic Year Volunteer Internships for Undergraduate College Students
Spend a semester or a summer learning about DOROT and serving older adults in the community. As a DOROT intern, you will be exposed to the complex issues of aging, and gain experience in all aspects of DOROT’s operations. Among many activities you may: visit with older adults in their homes, escort older adults to the doctor, assist older adults in computer and technology use, escort older adults to cultural events, and assist in the DOROT office.
DOROT internships, which put you at the forefront of our operations, are particularly rewarding learning experiences. We will assist you in designing an individualized internship schedule with customized projects to match your interests, meet your professional goals, or fulfill requirements for class credit.
