Join us for an hour of guided deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice designed to bring peace and settle the mind while maintaining full consciousness. During this practice, you’re encouraged to lay on your back, supporting yourself with pillows to ensure ease. This class can be enjoyed without the use of a camera.
