Linda Paul

Chief People & Culture Officer

Linda joined DOROT in 2023 as our first Chief People and Culture Officer, which was her entry into the nonprofit sector. She is responsible for spearheading the development and overall management of DOROT’s human resources strategy, which includes strategic visioning of human resources operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, career development, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and employee relations. She works closely with the executive and management teams to build and maintain a strong organizational culture.

Prior to joining DOROT, Linda spent 15 years building the HR functions at three early-stage start-ups in community building, education technology, and financial technology. Earlier in her career, she worked for Fortune 500 companies that include Scholastic, Inc. and Morgan Stanley where she received the 2000 Women of Achievement Award from the Office of the New York City Mayor.

A long-time Upper West Sider, Linda holds a B.S. degree with a concentration in Human Resources from CUNY Graduate School’s Baccalaureate Program.
