Lorraine Novack

Regional Director, DOROT Westchester

Lorraine joined DOROT in 2018 as the Director of Connect Through Tech, charged with developing DOROT’s first curriculum-based Tech Coaching program and dedicated volunteer training, among other initiatives. In 2022, she was promoted to Regional Director of DOROT Westchester, our satellite office that fosters a caring and connected community of older adults, volunteers, donors, partners, and staff throughout Westchester County. She collaborates with other members of the leadership team in overseeing the full portfolio of programs and services that engage Westchester residents and organizations, and is a contributing partner to agency-wide strategies and initiatives, including development.


Lorraine’s career has always been focused on enhancing the lives of others through innovative program development, direct social service, education and training, and even human resources and workforce development. She is well-versed in practices that build welcoming and accessible spaces, where people of all backgrounds feel included, valued, and connected.


She earned her MS in Education at Fordham University and continues to find joy in lifelong learning.
